Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Information

We will happily replace any defective merchandise at no cost. All exchanges, returns, cancellations and refunds must be requested and authorized. Returns for refunds for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns for exchanges or credit may be issued without a restocking fee. We are happy to offer free shipping and free engraved plaques on select items, but because engraving of plaques and shipping of flag cases entails significant cost, free shipping and free engraved plaques are contingent upon a completed sale that stands. In the event a return for refund is sought for non-defective merchandise, or a cancellation after merchandise has already shipped, the cost for shipping both ways and the cost of any plaques ($14.99 each) will be assessed and deducted from any refund. In the event of a refund or exchange for the wrong or undesired item being ordered, shipping costs both ways will be assessed and born by the customer.
