This small American flag is 3X5, which is for smaller flag cases and military shadow boxes. Please note this is not the size of a large 5X9.5 memorial American flag, which are draped over caskets, as well as flags presented at retirements such as military retirement ceremonies. While this small US flag can be flown outdoors, and looks beautiful, for long-term use, we generally recommend cotton flags for indoor display, such as in a flag case, or displayed from an indoor flagpole.
