Delivery time


We suggest allowing at least 10 business (Monday – Friday) days for delivery, though most orders arrive sooner. Rush delivery is available at checkout and includes rush shipping and free priority order processing, meaning your order gets special expediting and priority attention during warehouse processing to get your order to you even faster.
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your order is treated with great expedience and your case or flag will arrive very soon. Because our cases are hand-made by craftsmen, high demand may on exceptionally rare occasions momentarily outstrip supply till stocks are replenished. Should this situation arise, rest assured that your case will ship as soon as it’s ready. For shipping efficiency, flags, cases and plaques may arrive separately.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Information

We will happily replace any defective merchandise at no cost. All exchanges, returns, cancellations and refunds must be requested and authorized. Returns for refunds for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns for exchanges or credit may be issued without a restocking fee. In the event a return for refund is sought for non-defective merchandise, or a cancellation after merchandise has already shipped, the cost for shipping both ways and the cost of any free engraved plaques will be assessed ($14.99 each) and deducted from any refund. For items that received free outbound shipping, customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee, in addition to a 10% flat fee to cover the outbound cost of shipping the product. In the event of a refund or exchange for the wrong or undesired item being ordered, shipping costs both ways will be assessed and born by the customer.
